Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO US DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Indemnification

Severability

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
